The title was originally published in London in 1880. This volume has a fabulously ornate dark green and gold cover: unfortunately the title page is missing.

VINTAGE: Circa 1880s or 1890s.

SIZE: 347 pages with a few illustrations; approximately 7-3/8" in height and 5-1/16" in width and 1-1/2" in thickness.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Paper, cloth-covered.

ATTACHMENT: Glued binding.

MARKINGS: BRADBURY, AGNEW & CO., PRINTERS, WHITEFRIARS on last page.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a fiction book collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEX12 LDEX10/12

CONDITION: 6+ (Fine-Very Fine): The book has some aging to the paper and is missing its title page; no other rips or tears, but some spots of light to moderate wear on cover and some small spots of discoloration on next to last page.

GUARANTEE: As with all my artifacts, this piece is guaranteed to be original, as described.
