ARTIFACT: This is a Gorgeous 1960's Honolulu Hawaii Police Captain Badge # 14 by Blackinton.
VINTAGE: 1960s.
SIZE: Approximately 3-1/16" in height x 2-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS: HI-GLO Gold-Plated Brass with hard fired multi-enamel.
ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with come-under locking catch.
