ARTIFACT: This is a 2005 Minty Metro DC Transit Police Inauguration Badge in Issue Bag by Blackinton. 2nd Inauguration of George W. Bush. Originally owned by Metro DCTP Officer Mark Peterson.

It does not appear that  the Badge in this year’s batch were numbered, but there is a (removable) Sticker with the name of the Receiving Officer, Peterson, on the bag.

VINTAGE: 2005

SIZE: Approximately: 3" in height x 2-7/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS: Plated brass with hard fired multi-enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
