This is a Fred Astaire Gold Cane Club lapel pin in gold, enamel and silver. The pin reads FRED ASTAIRE GOLD CANE CLUB and shows a man and a woman swinging about the dance floor.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1930s-1940s.
SIZE:
3/4” height and 7/8” width.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS:
Gold and silver with black and white enamel.
ATTACHMENT:
Vertical pin with drop-in swivel locking catch.
MARKINGS:
Perhaps an obscured maker’s mark.
