This is a 1904 World Fair Commission delegate badge. The badge reads WORLD FAIR COMMISSION 1904 and the bar at top reads PENNSYLVANIA.

Circa 1904.
SIZE:
3-1/8” height including ribbon and 1-11/16” width at bar.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS:
Gold-plated brass medal and bar with blue silk ribbon.
ATTACHMENT:
Horizontal pin on bar with “C” catch and suspension ring to ribbon.
