This is a rare Boy Scouts of America Council Leader lapel badge. The badge is enameled, and dates to the 1910s.

Circa 1910s.
SIZE:
About 5/8" in width by 1" in height.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS:
Plated brass, green enamel.
ATTACHMENT:
Single screw post with disc backing.
