
SUBJECT:
This is a great Improved Order of Redmen watch fob. The Improved Order of Redmen was founded as a fraternal society in Baltimore in 1834. The fob shows the head of a Native American man in profile along with an eagle and flag and reads T.O.T.E I.O.R.M. The reverse reads IMPROVED ORDER OF REDMEN.
VINTAGE:
Circa early 1900s-1910s.
SIZE:
1-15/16” height and 1-1/4” width.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS:
Nickel-plated brass.
