This is a delegate ribbon for the 10th annual New Jersey State Federation of Post Office Clerks convention which took place on February 22, 1932. The ribbon was made by Sommer Badge Company of Newark.

Circa 1932.

Approximately 5” in height and 2-1/8” in width.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS:
Plated brass, clear celluloid, paper insert, silk ribbon.
ATTACHMENT:
Horizontal safety-style pin on bar.
