ARTIFACT: This is a circa early World War II United States Army 524th Military Police Battalion patrolman badge. This unit was stationed in San Francisco, California before being sent to the European Theatre of Operations. The badge was made by Patrick Moise-Klinkner Company of San Francisco.

VINTAGE: Circa early World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 2-3/16" in height and 1-11/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Brass.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety-style pin with saddle.

MARKINGS: 153 on front; PATRICK MOISE-KLINKNER SAN FRANCISCO on saddle.

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The badge has some small areas of light to medium wear and tarnish and some minor oxidation on the reverse only.
