This is a circa 1908 soup bowl from the Moosehead Lake Yacht Club (MLYC) in Greenville, Maine. The bowl dates from the same year as the start of MLYC, which was initially at the Mount Kineo resort hotel and is now based out of a marine museum. The bowl has a nice gilt and red pennant logo on the rim. It is by the Onondaga Pottery Company of Syracuse, New York and has a date code of 60 stamped on reverse.
Approximately by 8-7/8” in diameter and 1-1/4” in depth.
O. P. CO. SYRACUSE CHINA; 60 stamp.
This is from a nautical collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VGX08 LADJX3/12
