This is a circa World War II Port of New York International Longshoremen’s Association (ILA) photo identification badge. The ILA, a labor union representing longshoremen working the Eastern U.S. coast, the Gulf Coast, the Great Lakes and Puerto Rico, as well as parts of the Canadian Maritimes, was established in 1892. This badge belonged to an H. Hendrickson.
