ARTIFACT:
Nice, late 1930's Indian Motocycles lapel pin. The detailed motorcycle shaped pin is die-struck gilt brass with black painted details. The first Indian Motocycle was made available to the public in 1902. Indian released the first V-Twin, still a popular cruiser-motorcycle engine design today more than 100 years later. In 1908 the New York City Police selected Indian Motocycles for use by its motorcycle police.

Circa late 1930's.
SIZE:
Approximately 1" x 1/2".
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Die-struck gilt brass and black paint.
ATTACHMENT:
Horizontal pin with drop in swivel locking catch.
