This is a very early membership pin for the American Motorcyclist Association, a group that began in 1924 in Ohio. The pin is a curved triangle fantastically enameled in black with a swirl at its center, based upon an ancient Buddhist symbol.
Approximately 9/16” in height and 9/16” in width.
Gold-plated brass with enamel.
Vertical pin with C catch.
This is from a motorcycle collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAEX10 LFJX1/11 SEJX12/16
8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The pin has light wear and tarnish only.
As with all my items, this piece is guaranteed original.
