This is a rare Vietnam War-era United States Marine Corps Radar Station patch made in Thailand. The patch is crest-shaped, reads PLAYBOY and shows the Playboy bunny insignia.

Royal blue silk patch embroidered in multi-colored silk/cotton threads.
