ARTIFACT: This is a hardcover copy of "St. Paul's School in the Great War", published in 1926 by the St. Paul's School Alumni Association. St. Paul's is a Concord, New Hampshire preparatory school that was established in 1856. The book presents short biographies and photographs of forty-eight St. Paul alumni who were killed while serving either with the United States Armed Forces or the Allied Forces during World War I. There is a roster in the back of the book.

VINTAGE: Circa 1926.

SIZE: 357 pages with black-and-white photographs and some illustrations; approximately 9-1/2" in height and 6-1/2" in width and 1-1/4" in thickness.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Embossed cloth-bound cover, paper.

ATTACHMENT: Glued binding.

MARKINGS: Published by the Alumni Association 1926 (CONCORD, N.H. written on title page).

ITEM NOTES: This is from a fraternity, school and college collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX95 LHEX4/13

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The book has no rips or stains inside, and only some light aging and light wear to the edges of the cover. There is writing on the title page.
