ARTIFACT:
Nice WWII United States Coast Guard Lieutenant shoulder boards. The boards show bullion embroidered US Shields that depicts thirteen raised stars. Below are two bullion ribbon embroidered stripes. A gilt brass button shows an eagle carrying an anchor with a wreath below in nicely raised detail.
