This is an old US Life Saving Service medal from the Surf Man’s Benevolent Association with very intricate detail work on the medal.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1900.
SIZE:
About 1-1/2” in width by 4” in height.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS:
Bronze with silk ribbon.
ATTACHMENT:
Horizontal “C” catch.

CONDITION:
6- (Fine): Very minor wear to the bronze but with much tarnishing and the ribbon is moderately torn, frayed and slightly discolored.
