SUBJECT:
This is a circa 1960s check pilot wing by Balfour for Pan Am. The wing is topped by a star and has PAN AM and a bar showing three golden stars beneath it enameled in robin’s-egg blue.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1960s.
SIZE:
Approximately 1-1/16” in height and 2-3/16” in width.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS:
10 karat gold-filled with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:
Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:
LGB 10K NSF.
