Great 1930’s private purchase German leather trench coat as worn by Sturmabteilung (SA) Stormtroopers. The front of the jacket features a nicely embellished buckle with a loop and a leather strap inside with adjustable snap settings. The jacket features a collar and lapels, two front pockets, interior cotton liner, chain link on the inside of the neckline, an inside zippered breast pocket (zipper is worn – see photo), and belt loops (belt missing). The jacket is nice heavy, soft leather.

7 (Very Fine): The jacket shows moderate and cuff show heavy wear, interior repair to cotton lining of armhole (see photos), belt missing and buckle remains intact, one belt loop repaired with rivets (see photo) leather is supple with great coloring, overall very fine condition.
