ARTIFACT:
Fabulous WWII Ribbon Bar. This pilot was obviously a real hero, to have earned the medals on this miniature bar. The medals look like they were possibly made in Japan, during the early Occupation period. The bar features in order from the viewer's left to right, the: Navy Cross, Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal, Purple Heart, WWII Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal, WWII Victory Medal, and WWII Army of Occupation Medal.
