This is an unidentified belt buckle, and might possibly be an extremely rare French Colonial Troops officer buckle from World War I. The buckle’s outer ring is a leafy wreath and the inner circle shows an anchor at center.
Possibly circa World War I.
2-1/8” height and 3-9/16” width.
Possibly lacquered brass.
Interlocking belt buckle.
