ARTIFACT: This is a World War I unofficial "tanker" badge for wear upon the Victory Medal. This badge shows service in the United States Army Tank Corps (Armored Troops).

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: Approximately 3/16" in height and 1/2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gilt brass.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal safety-style pin.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEX12 LAAEX12/12 SAAEX01/21

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The badge shows some light wear and has tarnish on the reverse.
