ARTIFACT: Nice, old circa 1910's 'stock' Deputy Sheriff Shield. The last wearer's information is scratched on the reverse 1928 – 1932 H. E. Ford. The badge reads: "DEPUTY SHERIFF" and was used during the Prohibition Era and the Western Frontier, it was found in New Mexico.

VINTAGE: Circa 1910's

SIZE: Approximately 1 7/8" x 1 3/4

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Nickel plated brass

ATTACHMENT: Vertical kick pin with 'C' catch

MARKINGS: "1928 – 1932 H. E. FORD"

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): Badge shows moderate to heavy wear, mostly at high points, much of the plating details remain intact.
