ARTIFACT: This is an 1877 certificate from the IRS to dealers of retail liquor. This particular certificate was only partially filled out and has retained its "stub for special tax stamp" portion.

VINTAGE: Circa 1877.

SIZE: 7-1/8" height and 14-5/8" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Printed paper.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Certificate has some small holes and pieces that are missing especially at the corners.
