ARTIFACT: This is a 1905 badge for the 28th annual New Jersey State Firemen's Association Convention. The meeting was held at Atlantic City, New Jersey on September 13, 1905. The ribbon has a celluloid medallion at the bottom showing the President of the Association.

VINTAGE: Circa 1905.

SIZE: Approximately 3-7/8" in height and 1-1/2" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silk, plated brass, gilt brass, celluloid.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal safety-style pin, clip on back of medallion.

MARKINGS: WHITEHEAD & HOAG CO. NEWARK, NEW JERSEY.
