ARTIFACT: This is a World War II homefront United States High School Victory Corps Auxiliary VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) pin. The Victory Corps was instituted in 1942 and participation by teenagers was meant to ready them for wartime service. The pin is made of wartime materials.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plastic.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical safety-style pin with clear saddle.

MARKINGS: Hard-to-read maker mark on saddle.
