ARTIFACT:
This is a circa 1990s United States Air Force 6520th Test Squadron patch for the B-2 Combined Test Force. The 6520th was activated on March 10, 1989 and combined with the Georgia-based 420th Test Flight Squadron. flew out of Edwards Air Force Base in California. The patch is embroidered on twill and shows the eyes and talons of a bird at its center.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1990s.
SIZE:
Approximately 3" in diameter.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Twill embroidered in cotton/polyester thread, gauzy backing.

The patch received will be very similar to the one pictured, but may not be the exact one. It will, of course, be from original and from the period.
