ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1930s to World War II pin for five years of service at the San Antonio Air Depot (SAAD) in Texas. The pin reads 5 SAAD YEARS and is shaped like an aroowhead.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s to World War II.

SIZE: 1/2" height and 7/8" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass with black and white enamel detailing.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come0under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: N.S. MEYER INC. N.Y.C. and Meyer maker's mark.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army Air Forces collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VBJL94 LHEX 6/10

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): Pin shows very light wear and tarnish only.
