ARTIFACT: This is a World War I United States Air Service Private First Class sleeve rate, which shows a winged propeller at its center.

VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

SIZE: Approximately 2-5/8" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Wool felt embroidered in cotton/silk threads with partial mesh backing.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: The rate you receive will either be the one pictured or one in very similar condition. This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months LBDX6/11

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): The rate has some light wear and a few small holes where the wool is worn through.
