Rare 1930's – WWII Italian Fascist Red Cross enameled lapel badge. The small rectangular pin features an enameled red cross in the upper corner atop a feather with a partial Fascia below in raised detail and the reverse shows: "PICCHIANIBARLACCHI FIRLNZE" in raised lettering on the pin and "PICCHIANI.C FIRENZ(E?)" on the saddle of the pinback.
